The Role
You will assist in mise en place and service for the pastry team, working alongside experienced colleagues. Your passion for pastry will propel you forward as part of this motivated team.

Requirements:

  • You will have an eye for detail and a commitment to self-improvement.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a senior pastry chef is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and the ability to support the head pastry chef are essential.
  • You must be well-presented, organised, and able to work to a timeline and high standard.
