About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal part in delivering quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and working closely with the Deputy General Manager. In addition, you will support the clinical team in various areas, including medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. They will also possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and demonstrate warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed qualities. We are looking for individuals who can provide individualized care and support to each resident while developing their career through ongoing training opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed qualities
