As a seasoned sales specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving purpose-driven sales growth within the community, health and care sectors. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with team members to implement sales strategies and support collateral delivering solutions for our clients.

Job Description

As a Sales Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving revenue growth in alignment with our growth plan and sales strategy;
  • Establishing strong connections with community clients through highly engaged demonstrations;
  • Delighting prospective clients with in-depth understanding of their unique challenges and needs;
  • Converting leads into sales opportunities through effective management of the sales pipeline;
  • Providing market knowledge and product expertise to support new customers in overcoming their challenges;
  • Contributing to the evolution of our product by foreseeing trends and identifying improvement opportunities;
  • Representing our organisation in collaborative software demonstrations to grow our presence within the community, health and care sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities;
  • Strong experience in sales, account management or a similar role within a software development company;
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills;
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and client success;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills.
