About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Brand Communications to join our team in ANZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the brand communications strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and leading risk assessment and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communication and brand PR strategies to generate earned awareness and advocacy.
  • Build and maintain superior stakeholder relationships, including influencer engagements and events.
  • Lead risk assessment and prevent and handle brand issues and crises.
  • Develop and implement social engagement strategies, community management, and produce compelling content to influence opinion and drive action in support of the brands.
  • Lead and develop brand PR agencies and act as a strategic counsel and leader for the multifunctional team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Communications/PR or related fields.
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in Communications/Brand PR.
  • Strong communications skills and management of external partner relations.
  • Demonstrate strategic leadership and accountability.
  • Experience in issues and crisis management and influencer communication is an advantage.
  • Be in touch externally: identify external opportunities and work with a diverse mix of influencers relevant to the business.
