About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving internal and external communications, engaging with colleagues, and conveying our unique vision, mission, and culture to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communications approval processes and provide strategic counsel on content and messaging.
  • Collaborate with regional and local leaders to enhance internal and external communications.
  • Maintain best practices, procedures, and tools for efficient communications in ANZ.
  • Promote Viatris' commitment to compliance, quality, safety, and ethics.
  • Continuously assess and address evolving communications priorities and commercial needs.
  • Develop annual communications plans aligning with business priorities.
Corporate Brand
  • Act as a custodian of the Viatris brand, ensuring adherence to creative brand guidelines.
  • Identify proactive communication opportunities to support local corporate brand priorities and company culture.
External Communications
  • Manage media inquiries and develop communications for corporate awareness, product launches, and other business initiatives.
  • Guide local markets in developing content for Viatris social channels.
  • Manage PR agencies, external vendors, and budget allocations.
Leadership Communications & Employee Engagement
  • Create content and secure media and speaking opportunities for local and global initiatives.
  • Support the employee communications strategy and ensure compelling content on internal platforms.
  • Oversee photography and videography as needed.

  • A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
