Business Analysis Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Business Analyst to support business needs and deliver solutions.

About the Position
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements to ensure effective decision making.
  • Develop process models, workflows and user stories for Agile teams to facilitate collaboration.
  • Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
  • Support solution design and ensure business objectives are met through continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing stakeholder support and report on progress, risks and issues to maintain transparency.

We're looking for someone with experience in ServiceNow, solid understanding of business analysis best practices and methodologies, and proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Visio.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Facilitating workshops and clarifying business objectives to achieve alignment.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and user story creation to drive project efficiency.
