Job Summary

This role is part of the CloudOps Engineering Team, which consists of experienced technology enthusiasts who help customers resolve technical faults across multiple cloud platforms. To ensure our customers receive the highest standard of support, you'll be responsible for providing technical support via telephone, live chat or ITSM tooling, identifying complex issues for escalation, and maintaining current knowledge and hands-on skills for key technologies used by AC3 customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for customers via various channels.
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge and skills in supported products and services.
  • Evaluate complex technical issues and escalate them to specialised staff and vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key technologies used by AC3 customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator managing Windows and Linux server operating systems.
  • Experience working with AWS and VMware based cloud platforms.
  • Strong expertise with CLI in AWS and Linux.
  • A proven track record of supporting multiple customers across various platforms.
  • Experience using Service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
