Due to a recent organisational restructuring in their Australian and New Zealand businesses, it has created a new ANZ HR Manager opportunity.
This role will be an excellent fit for a candidate who enjoys a challenge, can manage organisational change, and can work predominantly on-site full-time to drive a successful business culture.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager AUS & NZ, your main role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Be actively involved in the all-round daily HR Operations, including talent acquisition.
- Successfully be a part of and contribute to the senior leadership team (SLT) to achieve on-going organisational success.
- Develop and partner with business leaders to identify key training programs and implement them.
- Manage all ER issues and employee grievances, including all escalations for a blue- and white-collar workforce.
- Successfully manage and influence all stakeholders through change management processes.
- Ensure all reports, compliance, and employee safety policy are up to date.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a passionate all-round HR Manager who is a self-starter and wants to take on a challenge of developing and building a HR culture in the organisation.
To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, understanding of policy improvement, and be ready to take on multiple HR responsibilities, daily.
This is a newly created role, where you'll have autonomy to run and develop the HR environment and be a major cultural influence.
