
Global Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Global Sales and Account Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that involves growing our portfolio of accommodation partners, developing strong relationships with them, and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a full-time role with a seniority level of Mid-Senior and it falls under the Business Development, Product Management, and Sales job function. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel domestically 15-20% of their working time.

Key Responsibilities- Growing the portfolio of accommodation partners by introducing potential partners to us and facilitating their onboarding process.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners by providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities.
- Performing in-market research, providing insights, and conducting performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
- Reviewing partner productivity performance and implementing actions to ensure our portfolio of accounts is consistently optimized.
- Accurately and promptly resolving partner issues.
- Securing and coordinating merchandising activities for accommodation partners with special deals and seasonal promotions, supporting our marketing initiatives.
- 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry.
- Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate to various stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn the trust of others to achieve reciprocal outcomes.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet critical targets and deadlines with accuracy.
- A self-starter that is determined, motivated, persistent, and has a strong ability to act to achieve key results for the company.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to present insights to different stakeholders and implement action plans based on those insights.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing superior customer service to key stakeholders.
