Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Safety Specialist to support our System Safety Program. This role will involve providing specialist guidance on System Safety issues, conducting discussions and meetings as scheduled, and reviewing/approving artefacts developed by other staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the System Safety Program for projects within the business area.
  • Provide specialist System Safety guidance to address System Safety issues.
  • Conduct and participate in System Safety discussions and meetings.
  • Review and approve artefacts developed by other staff.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Defence Writing standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously, multi-task and meet demanding milestones.
  • Experience in System Safety, Configuration Management, Verification & Validation, Test & Evaluation Management, Material System definition, and documentation.
