About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including room management, food and beverage services, and staff supervision. They will be expected to maintain high standards of quality, ensure seamless guest experiences, and drive revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring alignment with Ovolo's vision and values
  • To lead and motivate a talented team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement
  • To identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability, developing strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency
  • To maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest concerns and feedback
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel management, preferably in a leadership positionProven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiencyStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiencesKnowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices

Benefits:

Ovolo Group offers a competitive salary package, including:
