Ovolo Group seeks a visionary Hotel General Manager to lead our dynamic team and elevate the guest experience. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for conducting the symphony of hotel operations, ensuring seamless integration of food, beverage, and entertainment offerings.
With a proven track record in increasing revenue streams and profitability, you will be well-equipped to drive business growth and exceed expectations. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire your team will be crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.
This is an autonomous role that offers creative license and opportunities for entrepreneurship. You will have the freedom to bring your ideas to life and make a tangible impact on the hotel's success.
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, Ovolo Group offers a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits such as accommodation in our stylish rooms and access to our Wellbeing Programs.
