Senior Manager - Operational Excellence

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of safety, strategic, and operational plans, while managing resources to deliver a profitable business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Safety Culture: Implement a rigorous safety risk management program, fostering accountability and care.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee logistics operations, ensuring governance, compliance, and standardised processes.
  • Team & Culture Development: Provide inspirational leadership to build a high-performance team and collaborative culture focused on capability uplift and improvement.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of people, systems, and assets to meet operational plans and drive productivity.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that simplify processes, eliminate waste, and enhance value performance.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in logistics or business discipline.
  • Demonstrated management experience in transport, logistics, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge with WA HVA and AMMS are required.
