About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive efficiency, innovation, and process optimisation across our organisation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will focus on identifying areas for improvement, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity and business performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the development, implementation, and measurement of approved cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in accordance with our CI Framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and cost-saving strategies.
  • Analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of CI, leading by example, coaching champions and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a highly complex project environment in a role that embeds CI practices and actively champions CI culture.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, operations, project management, change management, or related discipline.
  • Significant experience using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or other process improvement methodologies (certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
  • Highly proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
