Unlocking Adult Learning Potential
We're seeking an experienced professional to analyze, design and develop adult learning solutions for our Contact Centre team.
This role involves creating experiential learner-centred approaches to induction or upskill training, project/change initiatives and post-training opportunities.
You will also facilitate training sessions, particularly for project implementation, or train-the-trainer sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting training needs analysis and impact assessments.
- Developing compelling learning solutions that meet the agreed learning objectives.
- Creating learning programs for virtual or face-to-face instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, software simulations, quick reference guides and assessment tools.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Learning Experience Designer/Instructional Designer or similar.
- A graphic design background or similar, with experience in video editing and animation.
- The ability to communicate and present confidently, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently to meet timelines.
