Unlocking Adult Learning Potential

We're seeking an experienced professional to analyze, design and develop adult learning solutions for our Contact Centre team.

This role involves creating experiential learner-centred approaches to induction or upskill training, project/change initiatives and post-training opportunities.

You will also facilitate training sessions, particularly for project implementation, or train-the-trainer sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training needs analysis and impact assessments.
  • Developing compelling learning solutions that meet the agreed learning objectives.
  • Creating learning programs for virtual or face-to-face instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, software simulations, quick reference guides and assessment tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Learning Experience Designer/Instructional Designer or similar.
  • A graphic design background or similar, with experience in video editing and animation.
  • The ability to communicate and present confidently, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and efficiently to meet timelines.
