Job DescriptionThe Learning Design Specialist is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning solutions that support the company's business objectives.
- Deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer-centric service across all aspects of L&D.
- Design and deliver individual and group learning initiatives as required.
- Learning Strategy

- Learning Design and Delivery
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar learning design role.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- An understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE.
- Experience in audio and video scripts and digital video editing.
- Demonstrated creative experience in learning design, development, and review of learning programs.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Experience working in a regulatory compliance environment would be highly advantageous.
- Experience delivering training sessions would be an added advantage.
