Settlement Manager Role Summary

The role of Settlement Manager is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for investors from unconditional to settlement. As a leader, you will oversee a team of Settlement Support Coordinators, promoting clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Settlement Support team to deliver exceptional client experiences and high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and spot-checks to provide feedback and ensure accountability.
  • Identify performance gaps and initiate improvement plans to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Monitor caseloads, settlement stages, and SLA adherence, resolving bottlenecks or escalations as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure handover quality and post-purchase alignment.
  • Ensure all communications and documentation meet company standards.
  • Oversee due diligence and post-settlement campaign set-up to minimize exposure and reputational risk.
  • Manage complex settlement cases and provide resolution pathways for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance, risk areas, and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver clear communication across functions to ensure end-to-end client experience continuity.
