We are looking for a Candidate and Early Years Engagement Specialist to join our global team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting learning journeys, and creating positive experiences for early-career professionals.

You will work directly with students, trainees, and candidates, including those connected through firms, helping them navigate their path to RICS membership. Through workshops, face-to-face engagement, one-to-one support, and digital engagement, you will provide practical guidance and encouragement at every stage of their journey.

You will also collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure candidates have access to the right tools, resources, and support networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops, webinars, and mentoring sessions to support candidates.

• Provide clear, practical advice on qualification routes and development opportunities.

• Work with mentors, members, and local networks to strengthen support in each region.

• Share information about RICS learning resources and services.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.

• Support corporate clients with tailored engagement packages.

• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date.

• Follow data protection standards and maintain confidentiality.

• Contribute to wider initiatives such as CPD, retention, and readmission campaigns.

• Share feedback and insights to help improve candidate support.

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and supporting their development. You may have experience in education, training, membership organisations, or customer engagement. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and stay organised in a dynamic environment.

We're looking for someone who can bring:

• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken

• Experience delivering training, coaching, or support sessions

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised

• A collaborative approach and a focus on building positive relationships

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital engagement tools

• A flexible and responsive approach to changing needs

• Respect for confidentiality and data privacy

• Willingness to support occasional events outside regular working hours

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to support your work–life balance, health, financial security, and personal time. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to contribute to a respected organisation with a clear social purpose, while enjoying the autonomy, variety, and support you need to thrive.

For full-time staff, the standard working week is 38 hours, and we support flexible working arrangements where possible.

Your health and wellbeing are important to us, with benefits including Employee Assistance Programme. To support your financial future, we provide income protection, life assurance, a Pension scheme and more.

We also offer 23 days annual leave plus public holidays, enhanced flexible leave policies (including Maternity, Paternity, and Moving House).

RICS is an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, as we believe that our differences strengthen our performance. Please advise us if any adjustments to our recruitment process would support your application. Candidates must possess the appropriate right to work in the country where the role is based.
