Job Title:

Ecommerce Manager

Manage the online commerce platform to increase sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop e-commerce initiatives that personalise and optimise the customer journey.
  2. Create on-site marketing strategies for major campaign launches.
  3. Establish OKRs that align cross-functional teams with e-commerce sales targets.
  4. Analyse emerging trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Benchmark competitors' sites, offers, and technology stacks.
  6. Review new technologies and identify opportunities to improve the e-commerce experience.
  7. Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to define content strategy.
  8. Liaise with Merch Planning, Product & Marketing to ensure marketing calendar and new product timelines are met.
  9. Oversee and prioritise all incoming e-commerce feature requests.
  10. Ensure the e-commerce platform supports marketing campaigns and provides a seamless experience for customers.
  11. Manage digital datafeeds to optimise product marketing.
  12. Develop and manage the Oodie App strategy.
  13. Upload new products and content to the site in a timely manner.
  14. Manage daily execution of digital marketing activities across global websites.
  15. Manage external developer resources and internal e-commerce Coordinator & CRO expert.
  16. Make technical decisions that impact the website and customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Several years of e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations experience.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Experience optimising product pages, checkout flows, and implementing A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, attribution models, and understanding customer metrics.
  • Knowledge of product catalogue management, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholders at all levels, with clear and proactive communication.
  • Awareness of e-commerce trends, consumer behaviour, mobile-first UX.
  • Global Market experience with websites outside of Australia and New Zealand and a good understanding of USA and UK markets.
