Expertise in Corporate Finance is required to succeed in this dynamic and challenging role. Our team of experienced professionals seeks a talented Senior Analyst to join us on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial concepts. Experience in business advisory or corporate finance is highly desirable, with a background in business administration or accounting also considered.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries, providing strategic business advice and assisting with financial due diligence. You will be responsible for developing robust financial models, conducting business valuations, and preparing covenant reporting to commercial banks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior partners with business sales and acquisitions, including financial due diligence
  • Conduct business valuations that inform critical decision-making
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support strategic business investigations and analysis
  • Prepare covenant reporting for commercial banks
  • Provide insightful, strategic advice to shape the future of our clients' businesses
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in an accounting or business advisory role
  • CA qualification or working towards CA qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and best practice modelling skills
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and display professionalism, enthusiasm, and conscientiousness
  • Strong collaborative skills with colleagues and clients, and a dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
  • Ability to analyze information and figures to formulate solutions
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their goals
