The Opportunity We're looking for two roles - Senior Analyst or Analyst with sound technical skills, a curious mindset, and a passion for modelling and problem-solving to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-impact client projects, contributing to internal capability development, and supporting business growth.
It's a great opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders, gain hands-on experience across a diverse client portfolio, and develop expertise in financial modelling and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities Develop tailored modelling solutions for clients across budgeting, forecasting, valuation, pricing, cost allocation and other strategic use cases.
Support the review and quality assurance of models and analytical outputs, ensuring logical integrity, consistency and alignment with project requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to understand requirements, deliver presentations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to the preparation of business proposals, including background research and drafting content to address client needs.
Help improve internal project delivery processes, templates, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency.
What We're Looking For1-5 years of professional experience in financial modelling, consulting, or related fields.
Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
A collaborative and proactive approach, with good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work in fast-paced environments.
A genuine interest in modelling, forecasting, and delivering insights that drive better decisions.
Legal work rights in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science or similar field.
Strong Excel skills, experience building or reviewing financial models is a plus.
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is beneficial.
Interest in automation and analytical tools such as VBA, Python, R is preferred.
CA or CFA qualification (or working toward it) is highly regarded.
