Responsibilities
  • Assisting senior partners with business sales and acquisitions, including conducting financial due diligence
  • Developing robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts to drive informed decision-making
  • Supporting strategic business investigations and analysis, providing valuable insights to clients
  • Preparing covenant reporting to commercial lenders
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters to ensure clients' businesses thrive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • CA qualification or near-finalisation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and best practice modelling skills
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, with a dedication to delivering exceptional results
