Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of a financial analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as preparing template letters, tax returns and BAS for clients under the direction of our senior accountants and partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or undergraduate accountant to gain valuable experience in the fundamentals of public practice accounting.

About the Role:
  • Assist with reception duties and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare template letters to clients.
  • Prepare basic tax returns and BAS for clients under the direction of our senior accountants and partners.
  • Assist with financial statements preparation for a wide range of clients with guidance from our senior accountants and partners.
  • Complete work using our practice's well-established and well-designed workpapers.

You will be best suited to this role if you have:

  • A strong work ethic, organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • An interest in working within a family business and serving local like-minded clients.
