Earth Observation Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Earth Observation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records of program activities and outputs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings;
- Prepare reports and presentations on program progress and outcomes;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities and outputs;
- Provide administrative support to the program team, including responding to queries and taking minutes at meetings;
- Develop and implement efficient systems for managing program resources and assets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
