Earth Observation Management Specialist

About the Role:

  • This role will oversee program and capability management of Earth Observation, ensuring timely delivery of PMO services to various stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will manage procurement, finance, scheduling, risk management, reporting, program planning, and other related services as required.
  • As an experienced officer, you will utilize project and program management knowledge to deliver results-driven services and support organizational goals.
  • The role includes interactions with government departments, international partners, and stakeholders, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

About You:

  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work effectively in a team environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of project and program management principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in program or project management roles, with relevant qualifications such as a degree in a related field or certification in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management: Oversee program delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Scheduling and Risk Management: Manage scheduling and risk management processes to minimize delays and optimize outcomes.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
