As a Senior HSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of construction personnel on our Woodman Point Project site.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily HSE governance activities, conducting field visits to maintain compliance, and providing essential support to the construction team.

In accordance with our Health & Safety Management system and client specifications, we strive for excellence in all aspects of project delivery.

Our goal is to create a safe and healthy working environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
• Interpretation and application of relevant HSE Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
• Problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and solve complex problems

Formal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety are highly regarded. You will have the opportunity to contribute to audits and risk assessments, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
