A successful construction manager is required to lead a commercial project in Southern Tasmania.

About the Role
  • Oversee the construction of multiple projects including fast food restaurants, a daycare centre and a petrol station.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope and timeframe by providing direction to construction teams.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure site inspections and documentation are completed accurately.

This role is ideal for experienced construction managers who have a proven track record of leading projects from start to finish.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Carpentry and at least 3 years experience in a similar position. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite direction to construction teams as per scope and plans.
  • Complete site inspections and liaise with the Project Manager.
  • Complete site documentation and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Carpentry.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
