We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Nurse. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Our organisation is dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
  • Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Conduct Nursing Assessments


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Community nursing would be an advantage
  • Subacute and disability experience
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
  • Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
  • Diabetes management
  • Dementia experience would be an advantage
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
