Support Worker Job

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to live independently at home.

Your responsibilities will include providing domestic assistance, meal preparation, and shopping support. You will also offer social support, access to lifestyle activities, and provide personal care services such as getting clients ready for the day, managing medication, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • You will assist clients with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • You will provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • You will transport clients to appointments and activities.

Requirements
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.

  • You must be comfortable with occasional delays and challenging situations.
