Empowering Independence and Autonomy in Disability Support

Are you a passionate individual dedicated to providing compassionate care and empowerment to clients with disabilities? Do you want to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities?

This role involves working in a group home, supporting clients with disabilities to develop and maintain independence. You will be required to deliver personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using equipment and aids.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Delivering high-quality care and support to enable clients to live independently
  • Transporting clients in wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress

About the Role: As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic team making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
