
Technical Instrumentation Specialist

This role involves the commissioning, maintenance, repair, diagnosis and upgrade/update of instrumentation devices at customer sites. The aim is to minimize downtime and increase customer satisfaction in a safe, efficient, quality and cost-effective manner.
The Instrumentation Specialist will perform professional preparation for service visits, travel to customer sites, root cause analysis and 1st fix resolution for onsite fault diagnosis and repair, and carry out Take 5 and/or JSEA prior to job commencement. Additionally, they will present a professional company and personal image to customers, develop and maintain a minimum level of knowledge of products, and actively seek opportunities for product sales and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and high competence in all aspects of industrial instrumentation, with an in-depth understanding of Endress+Hauser instruments. They will also possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, trade or degree qualification in Electrical and/or Instrumentation disciplines, and experience in commissioning of industrial plants. A restricted electrical license and driver's license are requirements for this role.
