Practice Manager Full Time Role

We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our skin clinic. This is a full time role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in healthcare practice management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management.
  • Develop policies and procedures to optimise clinic workflows and patient experience.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the clinic team.
  • Liaise with medical professionals for seamless patient care coordination.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the clinic's strategic plan.
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare practice management is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of medical practice operations and healthcare industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business or healthcare administration.
