About the role

Skin Clinic Robina is seeking a full-time Practice Manager based in Robina, Queensland. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensure high-quality patient care, and support business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise clinic workflows and patient experience
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the clinic team
  • Liaise with medical professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the clinic\'s strategic plan
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience in a healthcare practice management role is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of medical practice operations and healthcare industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare administration, or management is an advantage
