Job Overview:

This role demands a thorough understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance tracking. A technical workforce expert will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring the system is utilised optimally.

Main Responsibilities:

- System Administration: Manage and maintain the WFM and HCM platform, including user access, configuration updates and system troubleshooting.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse time and attendance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on attendance, overtime, absenteeism, and other key metrics.

- Implementation and Roll out: Assist in the end-to-end implementation of WFM modules and upgrades, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deployment.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or workforce management roles, preferably using similar systems.

- Experience with Human Capital Management module.

- Strong ability to analyse timekeeping data, create custom reports, and interpret trends for decision-making.
