CGC Recruitment is partnering with an established civil contracting business to find experienced Civil Supervisors for their land development projects in the Metropolitan area. This opportunity offers a chance to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing construction crews and overseeing site operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision/land development projects, with strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement, and road construction. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
This role involves supervising multiple projects, managing construction crews, organizing materials and machinery, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively managing site operations to ensure compliance with practices, policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $145,000 - $175,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as a fully maintained vehicle, superannuation, laptop, mobile phone, and on-going salary reviews.
