Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Roster Coordinator, working in our Eastern Region office. This casual opportunity is available in either Pennrith or St Leonards, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for Home Care Workers, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care. This involves efficiently managing client and staff schedules, while considering factors such as consistency, efficiency, and fairness.

A key aspect of this role is effective time management, with multiple deadlines to meet. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication and coordination abilities, with attention to detail being paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate and efficient schedules for Home Care Workers
  • Manage client and staff schedules, taking into account their needs and requirements
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre environments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Natural problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple deadlines
