Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Description of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows, and ServiceNow. They will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in IT industry;
  • Understanding of Office 365, RMM, and Windows;
  • Familiarity with Active Directory;
