Plant Equipment Technician

This role is responsible for attending plant breakdowns, completing routine maintenance schedules, and providing technical assistance to optimize the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and develop programs to optimise plant performance, including downtime reduction, future expansion, new equipment implementation, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to maintenance planning schedules to maximise quality production output.
  • Maintain and develop computer-driven manufacturing equipment and control systems.
  • Apply mechanical solutions to automate manufacturing processes.
