- Assist with facilitating safe and reliable steam supply for use in the paper making process.
- Coordinate maintenance and reliability tasks to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Conduct efficiency assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure.
