- Collaborating with Cyber Security and Group Risk and Compliance to ensure RPA processes enhance our risk and security posture.
- Representing RPA projects at strategic meetings, clearly articulating benefits, investment, and risks.
- Ensuring RPA processes do not retain or treat Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data contrary to our policies.
- Educating business units on automation and RPA tooling.
- Continuously learning new RPA tools, methods, and best practices.
- Monitoring end-user applications and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Demonstrating a drive to reduce inconsistencies, risk, and errors in automation processes.
