Orthopaedic Surgery Position

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Registrar to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to various subspecialties and be responsible for managing patients on the ward and assisting at orthopaedic operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing surgical assistant skills in the operating theatre
  • Reviewing patients in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit
  • Reviewing inpatients pre and post operatively
  • Participating in Orthopaedic Department meetings
  • Participating in clinical teaching opportunities

Required qualifications include:

  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in specialty
  • Recent experience working in Australia

This is a temporary 12-month appointment starting February 2026.
