We are seeking a highly motivated Network Operations Center Engineer to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing network incidents and faults, escalating as required. They will utilize tools such as SAP, EMC Smarts, and NMS applications for incident resolution and reporting. Collaboration with field technicians, teams, and clients is also essential to maintain high network availability.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years' experience in cellular network NOC and customer support (GSM 2G preferred). Proficiency with Huawei & Nokia RAN, core and transmission equipment in 2G/4G/5G cellular networks is also required.
