
Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cellular Therapy

About the Role
This position involves providing expert clinical advice and advanced care coordination to patients undergoing cellular therapy. The successful candidate will be a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist with experience in haematology and a proven interest in long-term follow-up.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist provides leadership in the ongoing development of clinical practice, initiates research findings in the provision of clinical services, contributes to education programs, and participates in strategic planning for the clinical service.
- Develops and implements individualised care plans for patients with complex health needs.
- Provides expert clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams.
- Stays up-to-date with best practice and incorporates research findings into daily work.
- Liaises with carers, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to organisational policy development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years' experience in haematology nursing, preferably in a cellular therapy setting.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing care management plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
