Job Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee governance and performance reporting for a large-scale facilities management portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust performance management, financial tracking, and compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of governance frameworks for effective IFM delivery
  • Organize regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance, compliance, and risk
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports on work order performance, including response times, resolution times, backlog, and completion rates
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, including budget adherence, cost savings, and variance analysis
  • Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of all contractual KPIs and SLAs with accurate and timely submission
  • Analyze trends in work order data, financials, and KPI/SLA results to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Identify underperformance or risk areas and implement corrective actions with operational teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements across the IFM portfolio
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, operations, or related field with a strong understanding of IFM delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage governance processes and reporting for complex portfolios
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and financial tracking in service delivery environments
