**Job Description**

As a strategic leader in governance and business process improvement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive frameworks that align with Ventia's strategic objectives.

This role will oversee compliance, conduct detailed audits, implement governance policies, and ensure processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and support a team of professionals in the project services structure.
  • Develop and maintain detailed governance frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead and direct governance teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Proven experience in governance, compliance, and business process improvement.

• Expert knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and auditing standards.

• Bachelor's degree in business management, governance, compliance, or related field.

• Previous roles managing governance and process improvement initiatives.
