Job Title: Principal Governance
\As a seasoned governance expert, you will serve as an advisor to senior executives and leadership teams. This role ensures the implementation of effective frameworks, systems, and processes that drive strengthened governance, accountability, and risk management.
\This position requires a professional with 10+ years' experience in Risk Management, Governance, or HR-related roles. You will have the ability to think strategically, lead collaboratively across teams, and keep abreast of changes in the external environment.
\A tertiary qualification in governance, risk management, business, law, or related fields is essential. Experience working in a regulated organization of significant complexity or consulting to such organizations is highly desirable.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Design and implement effective governance frameworks, systems, and processes.
- Collaborate with senior executives and leadership teams to ensure the successful implementation of these frameworks.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
