Job Description

The role of a Childcare Educator involves leading and managing a team, while also working autonomously to provide effective leadership that encourages a positive workplace culture.

As part of this role, you will implement and maintain a high-quality service by developing relationships with children, families, principal, school leaders and their communities, and always providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include planning, delivering and promoting quality activities for children which are safe, fun, stimulating and carry educational value, as well as upholding the welfare and safety of children at all times.

Pre-requisites include a Certificate IV or Diploma in Children's Services (or studying towards), a current Employee Working with Children's Check, HLTAID003 or higher First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
