Job Summary

A senior contract role located at a client's office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and internal controls.
  • Maintain audit readiness through regular quality checks of project documentation.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and dashboards on project status, risks, and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a PMO or project support role with a strong governance focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take professional meeting minutes and produce executive-level board packs.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
Eligibility:

Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
