Job Title: Governance and Project Officer

We are seeking an individual with high levels of administrative and organisational capabilities to join our team as a Governance and Project Officer. This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of key external governance committees, managing relationships with stakeholders and providing support to high-level internal governance committees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of documentation and reports, support secretariat processes and maintain record-keeping requirements.
  • Production of high-quality work and provision of accurate advice with broad guidance.
  • Ensuring policies and operational documents are promoted and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed oral and written communication skills, proven stakeholder engagement experience and self-driven abilities to show initiative.
