Digital Client Engagement Specialist

The Digital Client Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in fostering long-term relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities within existing portfolios, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement.
This position requires exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to analyze digital channel data and drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, ensuring seamless project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate client records and tracking progress against key performance indicators
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Able to plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to clients. Utilize expertise in G-Suite programs to streamline workflow and enhance collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital account management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
